We had a great time! Owner communicated quickly and throughly answered all my questions. We really enjoyed the balcony and eating dinner outside on the patio. It was very nice to have all the things to make dinner once we arrived. Having the paddle board and kayaks was super fun as well.

We had a great stay! The house was spotless and in a great location. The views from the second-floor balcony were awesome, and we really enjoyed having the kayaks there to use. Karlyn was super nice and always quick to respond anytime we had a question or sent her a message. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be booking with her again!

The host was very patient and communicative, and we really enjoyed our stay. The home was cozy, comfortable, and felt very welcoming. It was also very clean, and I loved having a bedroom downstairs and another upstairs—it was perfect for two couples.We saw so many deer during our stay, including 12-point and 8-point bucks. It was absolutely gorgeous just sitting outside and watching them. They were so majestic, and I’ve never been that close to a deer before. It was truly a memorable experience!

We absolutely loved our stay! The lake was peaceful and quiet, the fishing was fantastic, and the best part was being able to fish right from the house. Watching deer and wildlife every day was such a treat, and there are great restaurants nearby too. The area is charming and relaxing—we can’t wait to come back!

Our family had a wonderful weekend! House was super clean, well stocked and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us. Having two separate living areas was a plus, and the fishing (right off the dock) was terrific! We will be back soon!

This might be the best VRBO place we have rented. Immaculately clean, very well equipped (dishes, silverware, towels, linens, kitchen gadgets, coffee/condiments, etc.) and very nicely remodeled. High-quality appliances, nice furnishings and tasteful decor.Well equipped with water toys e.g., kayaks and SUP. Functional grill and outdoor seating. Good communication and clear communication with owner.Property is located on an inlet to Lake LBJ. The inlet is basically stagnant and due to recent storms, the water was entirely covered with algae blooms; this prevented any use of kayaks, fishing or any other water related activities after day 2 (that's why we selected this place!). So, had we experienced better water conditions, I would have given this location a five (5) star rating.

My family had a great stay at the lakehouse. It was super clean and just what we needed. There were good spaces outside to hang out (porches and side yard) The kayaks and gigantic TV were a big plus! Lots of fenced in yard for our dogs to roam. Would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming and incredibly clean lakehouse. The location on Granite Shoals is perfect, with a beautiful view right on the channel and unbeatable, immediate boat access. We spent our evenings out on the great patio, which was the perfect spot for watching the sunsets and listening to the cicadas. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing lake retreat!
