The Roseneck house is located in the so-called red settlement, in the heart of Sylt's sunny south. It consists of 4 units. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The beaches can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.

Well-kept 2 room apartment with approx. 45 m² on the ground floor; 1 living room / bedroom with double sofa bed, table, wicker chair, satellite TV, small. Compact system, dining area for 4 people, open kitchenette with 4 hot plates, oven, small freezer; Bedroom with double bed; Shower room / WC. The living room is designed with parquet floors and the bedroom with laminate. WiFi is available free of charge. We assume no liability for the proper functioning of the WLAN. Please note that you cannot get directly into the garden from the apartment, but can only go through the front door around the house.

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
