The 50 sqm space features two rooms and a generous living and dining area with large terrace doors, providing direct access to a balcony and breathtaking sea views. The living area includes a large sofa, which can be converted into a sleeping space for two, and a flat-screen TV. The modern L-shaped kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, alongside a dining table for four. The bedroom offers a spacious wardrobe and a comfortable double bed (180x200). The bathroom is fitted with a shower, WC, and a vanity for ample storage. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available. Access is convenient via an elevator, and a designated parking space and bicycle storage are provided.
