Accommodations are suitable for a single person or couple visiting Asheville for vacationing pleasure, business or both. Located in a quiet neighborhood less than 4 miles from downtown and there is access to the Blue Ridge Parkway without a single traffic light. Private and secure entry is separate from main home. Spacious living room with fireplace and streaming TV for lounging. Kitchenette with self serve coffee, microwave and minifridge. Parking is easy and only steps away from the door.

The custom woodwork throughout the space was a collaborative design between owner and craftsman. Using locally sourced materials for cabinets; and urban reclaimed hardwood lumber for furnishings, doors and original paneling, all uniquely designed with a handcrafted touch.

Great place to stay! The view was beautiful, clean, quiet and not far from downtown. The owner, Joel, communicated well, made it very easy to check in and gave us lots of helpful information during our stay. Would stay there again !! Thanks so much. We really enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I took a weekend trip to Asheville to visit the Biltmore and stayed here. We found the house very nice and very peaceful. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Minutes from downtown, minutes from the parkway! Joel's location is great! Joel was very responsive during my stay and was able to provide info about nearby shops, places to eat, things to do, etc.The place was clean and was properly represented based on the photos.I had a great time in Asheville and I wish I could've stayed an extra day!

This rental is a gem! Close to everything, clean and cozy. Host is excellent… quick to respond and made the process seamless.One note is there is not a stove and only a mini fridge…. Just something to keep in mind. Highly recommend!

In order to comply with the city of Asheville's short-term rental ordinances, hosts are not permitted to feature a full kitchen (e.g., stove and full size refrigerator, among some other restrictions). So just so everyone knows out there, and as advertised, it is a kitchenette with a larger than standard size mini fridge for more volume for food storage, there is a microwave and sink. The kitchenette has a Keurig, single serving (K-cup) coffee maker including an assortment of coffee flavors: Dark Green Mountain, The Original Donut Shop and Decaffeinated. Also, Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa. For herbal teas: Twinings Lemon & Ginger, Pure Peppermint and a caffeine free herbal tea (much like camomile). I provide sugar-in-the-raw, white sugar, Splenda and Truvia. The creamers (International Delight) are chilled in the refrigerator: regular, French vanilla and hazelnut.

I loved this space so much! It’s perfect for one person or a couple traveling up to Asheville. The location was close enough to downtown that you felt like you could get anywhere you wanted but tucked away in the woods to feel like you got out of the city for a little bit. The host was amazing and super nice! They truly put thought and love into this space. The keyless check-in is super nice as well.

The rental unit is the lower level of the house where the owner lives. It is very easy to access from the parking area in front of the house. Very attractive interior and has all the amenities desired. Very comfortable bed. Owner was very easy to contact and responded immediately. Highly recommend this rental option when in Asheville, NC.

we had such a beautiful experience with this Vrbo! the space is wonderful, clean, and elevated when compared to other offerings we saw in the area. the drive to downtown is 10-15 min and there was easy access to wherever we had planned to shop/eat during our stay!

The apartment was lovely with many upscale appointments, such as the furniture, tv, tv service, cabinetry, dishes, bathroom(especially the shower), closets, and the bed. The location was quiet, but with easy access to restaurants, groceries and downtown Asheville.The outdoor chairs and table were a serene place to read.Joel was excellent at communicating check in and out procedures, things to do in Asheville, and addressing the temporary wi-fi outage.
