It is a cute, cozy space in a great location, easily walkable into downtown. David was a gracious host, and his communication was extremely helpful. I had lots of questions that he was willing and able to answer.

Great place to stay near downtown

The vrbo was very clean and communication with the host was great. Short walk to anything down town. We loved our stay and would definitely book the place again.

It's just perfect for me. Microwave and coffee maker (Peet's provided!), mini- fridge. A 5 minute walk from Trader Joes And Harris Teeter. Can walk to downtown. Neighborhood is quiet and there is a house with funky skeletons in the yard nearby.

I worked as a white water river guide and a bike tour guide in this area for 15 years, so feel free to inquire about river trips and bike rides around the Asheville area.

Guests will check themselves in by using the keypad lock on the front door.
There is one off-street parking spot available on the property.
