About this property
Non smoking double room near A2 ****
Non-smoking room of 35 m² in a very quiet environment consisting of a bedroom with a seat and work corner and a bathroom with shower / toilet. Modernly furnished, equipped with satellite TV and stereo, fridge, double bed (150x200), closet, safe, bedding, hand and shower towels, bathrobes, hair dryer, toiletries, ironing board, ironing board and much more. Daily cleaning. A wireless LAN internet connection is available throughout the building. Free parking spaces are available.
Built in 1993 (old facade preserved). The last time it was renovated was in June 2019. There is natural gas central heating, energy efficiency class A and laminate flooring.
The rooms and apartments are located directly on the B1 and A2 motorways, junction Eilsleben / Haldensleben and Alleringersleben, exactly in the middle between Autostadt Wolfsburg and Motorsport Arena Ochersleben, both of which are 35 km away.
