The penthouse is located on one of the most famous beaches in Florianópolis, Canasvieiras.
Guests will have access to a differentiated, modern, organized, very well equipped, excellently located and secure place.
The property has 230m² of floor space and includes a suite with a QUEEN BED, a bedroom with a DOUBLE BED and a living room equipped with a TV with ChromeCast. All rooms have SPLIT AC.
IMPORTANT!
1st - The common areas advertised in this notice may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined exclusively by the condominium management. Therefore, the availability of use of these areas is subject to these possible prohibitions.
2nd - In accordance with the condominium's rules, Me2 requests identification documents from each guest as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
3rd - The jacuzzi in the unit does not have heating or a hydromassage function.
