This was a great stay. The location is a dream. Great to walk to Church street basically around the corner. Very comfortable beds, clean place, and met all our needs. They had a parking garage option for us or let us know there is some free street parking just be aware of the permit only areas. We managed very easily with the street parking, but it’s very appreciated there are options. That’s very considerate.

The location was perfect! Once we parked our car in the parking garage with the provided pass we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do in Burlington. The home was well appointed with separate controls for heating in each room, plenty of towels, and plenty of kitchenware. The outdoor screened in back porch was an added bonus. Our host responded very quickly when we had question. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

This second floor apartment was spotless, plenty roomy, and could not have been located better in a highly walkable neighborhood just a few short blocks from the vibrant Church Street Market pedestrian mall. Amy was welcoming and highly responsive, and her instructions for accessing and making use of the apartment were clear. Place had all of the amenities and comfortable bedroom space our family of 4 needed. There was an option to park with a paid pass in a nearby garage, but parking on our street or one adjacent was typically available. All told, this place is a GEM, and allowed us to take in Burlington (and a college visit at UVM) in a way that maximized our 2 1/2 days in town. We could not have been happier with our stay, and would be absolutely delighted to return in the future.

What a spacious place! Conveniently located near the lake and church street. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean.The only minor hassle was parking somewhat offsite; but as I understood it, parking is a citywide issue…so at least we had a designated spot.

I have stayed in my fair share of short-term rentals and this is one of the best experiences! If you're looking to be near downtown Burlington action, then this is a perfect location. You are steps to the Lake and to Church Street and all of the restaurants and shops nearby. While you're on the second floor (stairs only), and there is no real living room, it is plenty big with three full bedrooms - including one that is very large and can act as a living room and bedroom. Not to mention the covered balcony that acts as an outdoor living space! We loved it!!! The amenities that were left for us were also very touching. Local coffee, maple syrup, and all the kitchen appliances you need. While we were provided free parking in a nearby garage, we were able to find a spot on the street and never need the car again during our stay :) I would come back here in a heartbeat!!! Thank you SO MUCH!!!!
