In addition, the town's swing golf course is just 200 meters from the property. The new, exclusively equipped apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The large living room of the apartment consists of a spacious dining area and a comfortable couch with satellite TV, radio and telephone. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and the bathroom has a shower and toilet. The apartment is in a quiet, sunny location with a lawn, grill and beautiful distant views.
