The charming villa offers a tasteful blend of modern and rustic décor, and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a well-equipped kitchen. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, heating (for an additional fee), a high chair (on request), a cot and a parking space. Spend relaxing hours on the terrace with barbecue and views of the Mediterranean garden, or enjoy the 32-m² pool – the outside space doesn’t fail to impress. Restaurants, bars and shops in Capdepera can be reached in 5 min by car, and the coast with its fine, sandy beaches can be reached in 10 minutes.

Typische Finca irgendwo im nirgendwo. Für Ruhe suchende genau das richtige. Die Vermieter sind supe

Pros: Typische Finca irgendwo im nirgendwo. Für Ruhe suchende genau das richtige. Die Vermieter sind super nette leute, sprechen zwar nur spanisch, aber mit Händen und Füßen war eine Verständigung problemlos möglich. Bei Ankunft stand eine Flasche Wein und Wasser von den Vermietern im Kühlschrank. Bis zum nächsten Ort sind es mit dem Auto nur ein paar Minuten. Capdepera ist ein kleines aber feines Städtchen mit Bäckerei, Restaurants und Bars. Bis nach Cala Ratjada sind es auch nur 10 Minuten. Einige Supermärkte (Lidl etc.) direkt vor Ort. Wir waren sehr begeistert von Haus, Pool und Garten. Genau wie auf den Bildern. Es entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen. Cons: Eine neue Kaffeemaschine und ein paar Kleinigkeiten (Halterung der Brause im Badezimmer) könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Es gibt eine Spülmaschine aber die funktioniert auch nur zum Teil, nachspülen war ab und an erforderlich. Hat unsere Urlaubslaune aber keinesfalls gedrückt.
