Sehr schön und Strandnah

Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, gut ausgestattet und nicht weit zum Strand. Sie liegt sehr ruhig und man kann bequem bis zum Alten Strom laufen.

Tolles Appartement in der Nähe vom Strand

Wir waren im Juli 2023 in dem Apartment. Alles war sehr sauber und außer ein paar kleinen Mängeln alles top. Kurze Zusammenfassung: Positiv: + nur 3 Minuten zum Strand + schöne Einrichtung insgesamt + extra Grillplatz + eigener Parkplatz + Geschirrspülmittel, Handtücher etc. alles vorhanden + insgesamt schöne Lage (gleich an einem Kleingartenverein) + Lebensmittelmärkte nur etwa 5 Minuten mit Auto entfernt +gut ausgestattete Küche (bloß Gewürze etc. musste man allrs komplett neu kaufen) Kleine Anmerkungen, aber außer die Kissen nichts Schlimmes: - Platte im Kleiderschrank war kaputt, sodass wir weniger ablegen konnten - Sportplatz gegenüber,wo jeden Tag trainiert wird und es auch mal laut wird recht früh - sehr lauter Hausdielenflur, bei dem man jedem Schritt der Mieter im Haus hört - die Kissen der Betten haben wir alle als wirklich schlecht empfunden (Füllung war stückig und nicht schön) und konnten damit nicht gut schlafen (alle 4) Warnemünde hat wirklich vielzu bieten und auch wenn wir in den 2 Wochen richtig Pech mit dem Wetter hatten und wir öfter drinnen war, war das Appartement wirklich schön und gemütlich!
