Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Enter code then lock button. Please do not lock bottom lock when leaving or additional lockout fee will be added.
Gather your trash (must be in a trash bag).
Throw used towels in washer and start.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO SMOKING inside house or by doors/windows. Very important to not leave any smoking odor inside of the property please
Guest will be vacated if any of the rules are broken with no refund.
