Finca Corvina is situated on a beautifully landscaped plot with lovely countryside views. The golf course of Pollença is only approx. 3 kilometres away. The centre of Pollensa can be reached in a few minutes. Pollensa is one of the most beautiful towns on the island with a charming old town and an extensive pedestrianised area with traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays, a popular market takes place in the narrow streets, while during the week you can watch the colourful hustle and bustle in one of the cafés in the central Plaza Mayor.

The lively harbour of Puerto Pollensa has a long beach promenade with wonderful views of the Bay of Pollensa and Cap Formentor, shops, boutiques and countless restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The long sandy beach offers a good infrastructure with several beach bars, freshwater showers and sun lounger hire. The shallow entrance makes this stretch of coast particularly family-friendly.

The area around Pollensa with its challenging mountain routes is popular with cyclists, motorcyclists and hikers alike. Everyone will find their favourite route here. Golfers can choose from several golf courses in the area. The bay of Pollensa is one of the most beautiful spots for surfers and sailors.

Finca Corvina is a single-storey holiday home and furnished in a rustic, unpretentious style. The entrance hall provides access to all rooms. The finca has a large, open-plan living/dining room with comfortable sofas and a wooden dining table with benches. Two bedrooms each have two single beds and one bedroom has a double bed. There is a bathroom with shower in the house itself. Another bathroom with shower is located outside. The kitchen is practical and equipped with all the necessary appliances and has an adjoining laundry room.

The bedrooms have air conditioning with set operating times.

Finca Corvina is situated on a beautifully landscaped plot with typical Mediterranean vegetation, olive and almond trees. It has several terraces and fantastic views of the countryside. The finca offers a spacious pool area with sun loungers and patio furniture as well as a shady veranda with a wooden bench and table. Above the pool area, the house has a separate, raised sun terrace with sun loungers. Next to the house is a terrace with a sun awning and table tennis table, which leads to the gardens and a covered barbecue kitchen with bar and bar stools. Car parking is available on the property.

Children are welcome, a baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge. For each additional baby there is a mandatory charge of € 7.00/night for an additional baby cot.
