Finca Gavina in Santanyi

Finca in the design of an ancient mill close to Santanyi with private pool and very charming atmosphere. Finca Gavina is only 3 km from Santanyi and offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms en-suite. The extensive grounds and the large pool offer plenty of space to relax also for larger groups. The exit to the poolside area and the pool can be shut with a large iron gate, which will be appreciated by families with very small children.

Finca Gavina seems like an exclusive oasis at only a few kilometres distance from the bustling little town Santanyi in the South of the island. This charming market town is worthwhile a visit to discover the fine selection of boutiques, restaurants and coffee shops hidden in the small alleys around the church. More restaurants are lining the main square, which is buzzing on Saturdays and Wednesdays with visitors of the colourful market. Cala Santanyi offers a nice beach with amenities like sun lounge hire, beach bar, showers etc. and watersports activities such as diving and outings by boat.

This comfortable and exclusive holiday home offers a very nice ambiance and a lot of space for up to 10 persons. Like a mill in style, the main building and the bedrooms are lined up around a patio-like square with the "mill-tower" in the middle. The main building consists of a large and open plan living dining area with fully fitted kitchen, large dining table and lounge area. There are three bedrooms in the main building. The two mor bedrooms are in the guesthouse by the pool. All bedrooms have bathrooms en-suite and air-conditioning and have been individually furnished with a lot of attention to detail. What makes Finca Gavina so remarkable, are the sitting, reading and relaxing areas distributed over the gardens and the distribution of the rooms. Despite of being a house for up to 10 people, everybody will find his personal favourite spot to relax, withdraw and unwind and to fully appreciate the very special ambiance.

Finca Gavina has a large garden, filled with Mediterranean plants and flowers. There are the sitting, reading and relaxing areas distributed all over the grounds to be able to enjoy the magic of this very special place. There is a large poolside terrace, complete with sun loungers and sunshades, various dining tables and a gas driven BBQ grill.

Children are welcome in Finca Gavina, two cots and two highchairs are available free on request.
