Study suggested noise-abatement procedures on https://www.flybigbear.com/ before arrival.

Binoculars on the window sill: peer out the front window at the surrounding view with 20x zoom: close enough to read tail numbers or identify birds!
Aviation-themed décor within the home
Keen eyes also enjoy watching birds and other water fowl in the Stanfield nature preserve, and coyotes on the flats as well (namesake of the house!)
