Everything was good with the exception of the floor in the condo. It had a fine layer of sand that we did our best to sweep but we never seemed to really get rid of it despite our efforts to remove our shoes upon entry, etc. Also, we noticed cockroaches present, mostly in the kitchen - on the counters and on the floor. We squished as many as we could but there seemed to always be more the next morning.

Thank you for your 4‑star review. We're very sorry the floor had a persistent layer of sand and — especially — for the cockroaches in the kitchen; that is unacceptable. We’ve shared your feedback with our housekeeping and pest‑control teams for immediate deep cleaning and treatment, and we’ll increase post‑stay inspections to prevent this from happening again. If there’s anything else that would have made your stay a 5‑star experience, please let us know via Vrbo messages so we can improve. We hope to welcome you back soon.
