The Space:

Settle into this comfortable, family-friendly condo for your next Gulf Shores vacation, offering access to a host of on-site resort amenities including two pools, a hot tub, sports courts, a fitness center, and easy beach access.



Just nine miles west, take a trip back in time and explore Fort Morgan, an extensive, 19th-century fort most famous for its role in the Battle of Mobile Bay during the American Civil War. Do a little surf fishing along the Fort Morgan Fishing Beach or drive onto the Mobile Bay Ferry and enjoy a scenic ferry ride to Dauphin Island.

Guests must buy parking passes online before their stay, and up to two will be allotted. Details on how to purchase will be provided after booking. The fee schedule is $25 (1-3 nights), $35 (4-6 nights), $45 (7-14 nights), and $60 (15+ nights).

Great for the price

Cute condo

The condo was incredibly clean. Plenty of space for us. Slept on the pull out couch. There is a lot of light coming into the living room from the parking lot so bring your eye mask. For the location, price and cleanliness, we would definitely go again.

CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE

great location!, short walk to beautiful private beach, 2 pools just steps away. nice family friendly atmosphere, good parking, very comfortable beds, 2 clean bathrooms, small but functional kitchen. nice deck to sit, relax and watch the people and ocean!

Great little place for a family trip.

Rental process was super easy. Sofa sleeper was nothing to brag about, we needed up using the couch cushions as a makeshift pallet on the floor. Condo was very clean.

Property needs a little updating, master bed was hard and squeaky, mb tub did not drain very well.

We have enjoyed coming down over the years but you can tell the rentals are not being kept up. We still have a fun and relaxing time when we come down..

Room was clean Nice view of gulf Room close to staircase and elevator Everything you need in room Hall bathroom fan doesn't work. Door doesn't open without dragging ground Main tv is ok but bedrooms have a small computer monitor. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Not worth price per night

Check in process was terrible, they tell you 4:00, we got there 10 minutes early and they wouldn’t let us check in. The door code was wrong so we had to wait 30 more minutes to check in. Coffee maker but no coffee pot, was told someone would bring one but never did. I’m also a VRBO host so it just means more to me when you are supposed to do something for your guests. Not satisfied!

Wonderful place, horrible staff

The day before our trip we called Mandoki to see if our room could be ready before 4pm, and was told that it was vacant so we were going to be able to check in at lunch. When we were an hour out, I called to let the hotel know we were almost there & was told that the room still wasn't ready but we could use the amenities on site. They have restrooms & many pools to keep busy, but we weren't able to get into our room until 4:30 pm. The lady at the check in desk was very pleasant and nice. We enjoyed everything about our room, & the location of the beach & the many activities to keep busy. The day we left we overslept but while getting our stuff packed to leave our hotel phone was ringing, when I answered the fella said "are you having some kind of problem getting out" very rude. He informed me if we weren't out of the room in 20 minutes, he was going to call the police to remove us. Given checkout is at 10, & this is at 10:45. As we're gathering the remainder of our items, housekeeping comes into the room, & slams the door behind her. She gives us a dirty nasty look. I make the comment about the staff being rude, & she responds "Say whatever the F-bomb you want"... in front of my 5 & 7 year old daughters. You would think for the amount of money paid, they could hire friendly people. Who wants to go on vacation & deal with a nasty attitude? Other than staff, we enjoyed our trip!
