You can launch one of our provided kayaks or stand-up paddle boards and explore the lake inlets in tranquility, or simply cast a line and fish from the dock. The deck seats 10 for outdoor dining plus a BBQ grill perfect for grilling burgers or juicy steaks for all to enjoy.

We also provide basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, olive oil, spices as well as a Keurig and regular coffee machine stocked with a starter supply of premium coffee.

There are two living rooms for gathering the family. One features a large glass window showcasing the views of the water, the other overlooking the deck and with the 4 twin-sized beds (bunked). Both living rooms have huge TVs!

✔ Closet with all sorts of games to play and books to read.
✔ Multiple spots to plug in your devices to charge while you enjoy each other`s company.

✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire home and outdoor area.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 5 vehicles in the large driveway.

✹ Wi-Fi/INTERNET: We offer free, high-speed internet on the property.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a Pack & Play/travel crib and a high chair.

✹ PETS: A maximum of two (2) pets are allowed with a $150 one-time pet fee. This is a pet-friendly property, so please do not book if someone in your group has a pet allergy.

✹ WATERCRAFT: We have two (2) one-person kayaks and (3) stand-up paddle boards available for guest use. We also have life jackets of various sizes from adult to small child located in the laundry room.

✹ DOCK: Our private dock is great for those that love the water! For boaters, please note (a) there isn`t any electricity on the dock, (b) the boat lift is not operational, and (c) the water depth can vary greatly based on the lake water level (usually deepest during the summer), (d) we cannot guarantee that the dock can accommodate your specific boat. If you have questions, please ask.

✹ RENTAL AGREEMENT: Please note that we do require signature of our rental agreement/liability waiver within 48 hours after booking.

✹ TWO PAYMENTS: If your booking date is within 30 days of check-in, you will receive one charge reflecting 100% of the reservation amount. However, in order to ease the process of securing our stay more than 30 days from check-in, we will divide up you purchase into two payments. 40% will be charged immediately and 60% will be charged 30 days prior to check-in.

✹ ID VERIFICATION: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

✹ CANCELLATIONS: If the guest cancels the booking and is entitled to a return, the return will be reduced by 4% as we have to pay the processing fees regardless.

We have one actively recording Ring doorbell camera outside that records video and audio.

- We host a maximum of 12 guests and 5 cars at all times on the property.
- No smoking of any kind on the property, including vaping. If you smoke inside or outside the home your reservation will be cancelled without refund and you will be charged up to $500 for smoke abatement.
- Up to two (2) pets are permitted when paying the pet fee.
- No parties or events.
- Quiet hours between 10:00pm and 8:00am. Please use good judgement and respect our neighbors. Due to local ordinance, if we receive noise complaints your reservation will be automatically cancelled and you will be required to vacate the premises.
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm.
- Checkout time is 10:00 am.
- Minimum age of primary guest is 25 years old. Primary guests under 25 please inquire prior to booking.
