Our listing clearly states that the home is located on the second floor and that access requires using the stairs. This information is provided in the listing so guests can review the property details before making a reservation. We did not argue with the guest regarding this concern; we simply explained what is clearly disclosed in our listing. We also want to emphasize that the condition of the home today is very different from what is represented in these photos. Since this stay, we have completed a full remodel and extensive updates throughout the property. The bathroom ceilings shown in the review have been completely replaced, the towel holder has been replaced, and the other maintenance items referenced or shown in the review have been repaired or replaced. We take guest feedback seriously and used these concerns as an opportunity to make significant improvements. The home is now fully remodeled, professionally cleaned and maintained, and in pristine condition, with every detail prepared to provide our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We are proud of the transformation and invite future guests to book with confidence and experience the newly updated home for themselves.
