A spacious 3 bedroom, 4 full bathroom villa located within a gated community on the east end of St. Thomas. The villa is footsteps to the beach and offers outdoor privacy with a garden atrium equipped with a dining area. The villa has a large living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with all new modern appliances.

This is a cozy getaway with all the amenities from home: Cable TV, WiFi, A/C...

Our property manager will take care of the guests.

The villa is ideally located for anyone looking to make the most out of their stay in St. Thomas. Nearby to the villa are two of the best beaches on the island: Coki Beach & Lindquist Beach. Coki Beach is a fantastic snorkeling spot with restaurants/bars and a dive shop. Lindquist Beach has beautiful white sand, and is a quiet secluded spot. Within a 5-10 minute drive is Red Hook, where you can find a number of nice restaurants, shops and the ferry dock to St. John and other VI destinations, perfect for a day trip.

Guests will occupy the whole villa exclusively. 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with each a king sized bed, the other has 2 double beds), 4 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room, atrium patio garden.

Located in Pineapple Village, adjacent to Margaritaville, this gated community is one of the very few communities in St. Thomas on flat ground, footsteps from the beach, Coki Beach and Coral World.

The villa community offers a parking space for our guests.

Our villa is one floor only with safe and private atrium patio garden. Convenient and safe for the whole family - from grand parents to small children.

Perfect location, very convenient for everything. Both the owner and the property manager were extremely communicative. Beds were super comfy, and the kitchen was very well stocked. We would absolutely come back!

The house was amazing and exactly like advertised. The kitchen was well-stocked and the property manager was very receptive with any communication. The wifi was a bit slow at night and a few times we had to use our hotspot, but there could be many reasons for that. Overall, a great property and we would stay here again.

The condo was a great space for two families of four people each. It was very nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The location was about eight minutes from red Hook and very close to some of the beautiful beaches. It would have been nice to be able to use the margarita the pool, but it was not a dealbreaker as we found plenty of things to do while we were there.

The host was excellent to work with. They met us there to get us all checked and answered all of our questions. And when we were potentially going to be stuck on the island due to the airspace closure, they were very accommodating and said we could stay until the next person checked in. They also had wonderful suggestions in the guide book at the villa. The villa was very nicely laid out and had plenty of space for two families of four. It was very conveniently located with some great beaches close by and only an eight minute drive to red Hook. We had a lovely stay!

Amazing stay!

The house was well stocked and so comfortable, we all felt right at home the entire stay. The front patio has a lovely garden to view as you eat and cook. Overall, my family was very comfortable and happy here! We love this house and recommend it to anyone visiting St Thomas.Thank you B and Marianne for the wonderful stay and Hoo!

Great vacation

This property is well taken care of. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were the perfect size. It is a lovely place to stay. It was a 5 minute walk to Coki beach. 2 minute walk to MargaritaVille. Close to the ferry to go to St. John’s and I highly recommend taking the trip. It was a perfect place for our family and we are very grateful it was available! Thank you

Family spring break

Very nice place with a lot of space. Nice pool onsite and easy to get to local beaches. Restaurant at the resort next door within walking distance.

Family Vacation

We couldn’t have had a better experience from start to finish and being so close to Red Hook was perfect. We’ll definitely keep this villa on the list for future rentals.

Perfect location and stay

Great place to stay!

The condo itself has plenty of room and had everything we could ever need for the time we were there. So spacious that my kids and I each had our own full bath attached to our bedrooms. The only disappointing thing for us was that the beach that was steps away was not swimmable.

Great Place

This Condo has the perfect setup for a family to stay at. The property was very clean and it had everything there to make your stay enjoyable. Utensils, dishes, plates, pots & pans were all easily accessible and in great condition. I would love to stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay. Pool is kid friendly and very quiet. Short walking distance too coki beach with good swimming and snorkeling which means no parking the car at the beach. Enjoyed happy hour at margaritaville and dinner a few hundred yards down the beach

Great location with lots of room

Property was just as advertised, with lots of room for the 6 of us. Short walking distance to Coki beach with great snorkeling. Margarita I’ll is a few doors down with great drinks. I would absolutely com here again

Wonderful stay

Overall, we had a nice stay at the condo. The unit was spacious and up to date. There are coolers, beach chairs and pool noodles available for use. Margaritaville’s beach is not useable but coki is a quick walk.

We were very happy with our stay. It was more spacious than we had anticipated and the pool was very accessible and huge. The owner provided great beach suggestions, as well as, where best to pick up groceries during our stay. She was on point with follow-up information whenever requested as well.

Perfect place to stay!

This place was perfect for our stay. 3 large bedrooms each with its own bath. A great modern kitchen. The patio spaces are spacious and private. Veronica took great care of us. Due to hurricanes there wasn’t any cable or internet but that is an issue all over the island. It’s location is ideal!

Great layout for a family with 3 beds/4 baths. Adjacency go Margaritaville a real plus.

Very nice property. Few little things can be improved- towels, pillows... but overall a wonderful location and roomy condo with great space and patio. Considering damage to Islands by Irma—the place, town and whole islands area amazingly resilient! Long live the Saints!!

Spacious and comfortable

Easy to rent, very good communication. Unit is very large and comfortable. AC works fantastic! Kitchen was adequate. Low water pressure. Overall a great stay!

Best vacation ever

Everything about this property is fantastic. We should ayes here for six nights and enjoyed everything about our accommodations. We were met at the property by the manager that showed us around and how to run all of appliances. The villa is very centrally located near several beaches and restaurants. The walled patio was perfect for privacy and to corral our young grandchildren where we felt safe. The adjacent Margaritaville had nightly entertainment which we enjoyed. We highly recommend this property.
