Located just a few meters from the sea near Santa Teresa Gallura, in the enchanting north-western area of Sardinia, this 100 m² villa is ideal for relaxing beach holidays. The villa, accessible to people with disabilities, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 5 guests. The child-friendly holiday home also offers Wi-Fi, entertainment and television. The private outdoor area features a garden and a furnished covered terrace, perfect for quiet evenings and outdoor dining. The owners live on the property, but in a separate building. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafés are about 100 meters away or a 5-minute drive (3 km) in the center of Santa Teresa Gallura, while the nearest beach, Spiaggia Santa Reparata, is only a 5-minute walk away (250 m). Olbia airport is about 70 km away and can be reached in about 1 hour and 15 minutes by car.



Street parking is available. Bed linen and towels are included. Pets are generally not allowed, but exceptions can be made upon request.

Super Ferienwohnung in toller Lage mit Blick aufs Meer.

Cons: Obwohl wir die komplette Ferienwohnung gemietet haben, wurden nur 2 Schlafzimmer (für 4 Personen) hergerichtet und einfach davon ausgegangen, dass wir das 3. Schlafzimmer nicht benötigen würden. Daher nur 4 Sterne.
