Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus zum Wohlfühlen. Wir hoffen, dass wir es schaffen nächstes Jahr wieder zu buchen. Die Absprachen gingen reibungslos, so wie auch die Schlüsselübergabe bei der Ankunft und Abfahrt.

Super ausgestattet Haus. Mit Kindern wirklich optimal. Großzügig geschnitten, kleiner Garten dran. Die vielen Spielmöglichkeiten im Haus sind super. Unsere Kinder haben kaum mit ihren eigenen Sachen gespielt

Das Haus ist sehr sauber, ordentlich und modern eingerichtet. In der Nähe fußläufig zu erreichen befinden sich ein Spielplatz und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Gegend ist sehr schön.

Als dreiköpfige Familie haben wir vier Tage in diesem schönen Ferienhäuschen verbracht. Das Haus war bei Ankunft wirklich sehr sauber und einladend gestaltet. Positiv ist auch der eigene Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Die familienfreundliche Immobilie liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse einer Spielstraße. Es sind viele Gesellschaftsspiele und ein paar Spielzeuge für Klein und Groß vorhanden. Ein öffentlicher Spielplatz ist binnen einer Minute fußläufig erreichbar. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich ein kleiner (abschließbarer) Schuppen, in welchem z. B. eigene Fahrräder untergebracht werden könnten.Die kleine Küche ist gut ausgestattet und reicht aus, um dort alleine zu kochen - mit zwei Personen wird es etwas eng. Die kleine Spülmaschine muss evtl. mehrmals täglich laufen. Die Pfannen könnten teils ausgetauscht werden, da die Beschichtungen etwas stark verkratzt sind - dies ist jedoch leider bei fast jeder anderen Ferienwohnung auch der Fall, da die meisten Feriengäste nicht wissen, wie man mit Teflonpfannen umzugehen hat. (Kein Abzug für die Bewertung)Das Badezimmer hat eine sehr gute Größe und die Dusche ist angenehm.Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war zeitnah möglich und freundlich. Es wurde sich darum bemüht, unsere Belange zu lösen. Vor Ort läuft der Kontakt über eine fußläufig erreichbare Verwaltung, welche auch bei Problemen aufgesucht werden könnte.Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen und wir würden das Haus erneut buchen.

Die Abholung der Schlüssel lief super, das Haus war ordentlich und sauber. Wirklich gut fanden wir die ganzen Spielsachen für drinnen und draußen (wir haben für unseren 1 jährigen Sohn nur ein paar Bücher von zu Hause mitgenommen).

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und vor allen vielen Extras für Kinder. Leider war nur die Anreisezeit von 15.00-18.00 nicht ideal, da wir aus Süddeutschland eine weite Anfahrt haben und es schön gewesen wäre Nachts anzureisen. Dank Schlüsselssafes und anderen technischen Möglichkeiten, sollte das auch möglich sein. Ist in den meisten Ferienwohnungen meiner Erfahrung nach auch üblich.

Eine späte Anreise ist nach Rücksprache mit der Verwalterin immer möglich. Leider haben die Gäste nicht wie angeboten Kontakt mit ihr aufgenommen, so konnte auch keine abweichende Anreisezeit verabredet werden. Schade.

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war stets gegeben und freundlich. Das Ferienhaus entsprach der Beschreibung im Buchungsportal. Die Ausstattung war modern und komfortabel. Der Check In hat problemlos funktioniert. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in dem Ferienhaus.

Schöne Ferienwohnung für Familien

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem guten und modernen Zustand und gerade für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Für Selbstversorger ist die Küche sehr geeignet und auch der Garten bzw. der Spielplatz in der Feriensiedlung sind hilfreich, wenn man Kinder einmal auslasten oder beschäftigen muss.

Urlaub der Superlative

Eine perfekte Unterkunft in punkto Ausstattung und Zustand des Hauses. In 5 Minuten bist du am Supermarkt, in 10 Minuten beim Italiener, in 15 Minuten am Strand bzw. Hafen. Selten so einen sorgenlosen Urlaub gehabt.
