Largo Mar Beach front Family Complex

Condo located in a small 72 unit complex, not a high rise with NO elevators. Complex is family friendly and well maintained with a hot tub, pool, shuffle board, common areas, as well as a private boardwalk to the beach.

Two bedroom condo:
Condo #161 is on three separate floors. On the ground level, the kitchen, dining room, living room, half bath, washer and dryer, smart tv, as well as queen fold out couch. Being on ground level, means you can walk straight out to the parking lot as well as walk out your patio to the pool or ocean access. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with two double beds and a balcony that looks out at the parking lot, as well as a full bathroom. On the third floor the master king bedroom with a full bath, tv, as well as balcony overlooking the pool with a left angle ocean view. Black out curtains through out. condo can comfortably sleep 8..

The condo has wifi, fully equipped kitchen, as well as linens. We also include start up toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and dishwashing detergent. All that you need is your beach towel and personal belongings!

Guests return year after year to our condo, and we hope to have you visit soon!

Perfect place to stay!

Wonderful stay, cleanest place I have ever stayed. Great location and everyone is really nice. You can leave chairs, big bag and tent on the back deck without having to worry. Will stay again and again. Karri was awesome to work with.

Great location to the beach and activities in Panama City Beach - Minor issues

The property decor is a little dated but very functional. The third floor balcony was not accessible due to sliding doors not being maintained. Second floor balcony access had a bed in front of it. Master Suite shower doors not closing properly and had mildew in the tracks. For the price we payed I would have hoped the maintenance items be taken care of prior to our arrival.

I am sorry you came away with nothing but a positive experience! The pictures of the inside of the unit are an exact representation of our unit. The sliding doors all have a stick in the tracks for security are were serviced in April. The stick has to be removed to open all doors. The bed in front of the 2nd floor is to allow more floor space. The handle to the door is accessible from the end of the bed with a foot and half space to pass by to go out. Thanks for letting me know about the master shower. I will have that addressed. Thanks again for your comments.

Quiet, clean and comfortable

My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub, the close proximity of the beach just a couple minutes away through a private exit from the condominium complex. The condominium is set up with all the conveniences to make us stay enjoyable and a nice layout. The only complaint I have is that the stairs are quite steep going up to the second and third floors and it is imperative that you put the light on so that you don't miss the last step to the landing as it blends in with the landing. The first day we were there I thought I was at the landing but still had a step to go so I fell and bruised my shin badly, thankfully no broken bones! We ended up using the foam had she had in the second bedroom to put on the king bed in the master bedroom as we felt the matress was a bit firm for us. That worked out great. Karrie, the owner, was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

After visiting these condos for several years with my family prior to buying, I found much enjoyment in relaxing near the pool or beach and still being in a family friendly environment. Having a well kept condo to have my family stay in is one of my largest joys, and one I hope to share with your family, too!

Why they chose this property

For me, it was all about having condos directly on the beach without being in a high-rise. By being able to walk out the door and be at the beach without needing an elevator to wait on was something that was definitely important to me! Also, the fact that the complex is smaller and has extremely well kept amenities makes for a relaxing fun family atmosphere.

What makes this property unique

Our condos are part of a dying breed of condominiums where a family can lay low and relax at the beach without going through a huge lobby or having to walk from a parking garage lugging your luggage and groceries! I truly believe the simplicity as well as the family surroundings of our condos set them apart from the rest!!
