This most exclusive complex in Rincon, is a 2,800 sq. ft, three story fully furnished and equipped Mediterranean style villa with air conditioning, comfortable kitchen, dining, living room and terrace on the first and Third floor. This amazing beach front villa with direct access to the beach is a stones throw from beautiful Antonio's beach and nearby to many of Rincon most beautiful beaches. This 145 acre gated, ocean front resort residential complex has two miles of private beach and is near down town Rincon and Aguada. Minutes away are dining, activities and shopping.

The First floor has large living and dining room, entertainment room, half bath with water views, beautifully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace area with gas grill, beach chairs, beach umbrella. It comes equipped, high speed Internet, Cable TV, wifi, PS3, two kayak, 2 26' bicycles, outdoor shower, and I-pod music player. The second floor has three bedrooms all with Balconies, AC, and two full baths. The master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed with private bathroom and ocean front balcony. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed with superb ocean view to wake-up too. The third bedroom has a twin and full-size bunk bed facing gorgeous Rincon hills. We provide quality towels, beach towels, linens and pillows, hair dryer, ironing board.

The third floor terrace provides lounge chairs for everyone to enjoy the beautiful view of the beach and sunsets of Rincon, an a view that seem like the waves are breaking literally at your feet. During the winter months, surfers are in the water at dawn, enjoying the surf Rincon is famous for. You can enjoy the tranquility of the ocean breezes, while humpback whales break the ocean surface. In the summer, the wild surf calms down to create intimate, secluded beaches where snorkeling takes the place of surfing. Near all the best surfing beaches like Sandy Beach, Marias Domes and Tres Palmas. There is always lots to do; scuba diving, snorkeling, horseback riding, deep-sea fishing, sailing, swimming, yoga and massage, long walks on the beach and of course those unforgettable sunsets every night. This home is 10/10! My family of 5 were very comfortable and did not need to purchase anything additional. It has everything we needed down to the most minimal thing like aquafore for my son dry skin. Villanicky was a wonderful location for our family Christmas vacation. Access to the beach was ideal and everything in the Rincon area is within a short drive. Me and my wife Nicky (this is where the name VillaNicky came from) purchased this home with the idea of retiring here someday. In the mean time, when we get a chance we are just as happy sitting on the beach chairs, catching the ocean breeze, sipping on pina coladas and leaving behind some of the everyday stress. We also enjoy waving our feet in the natural pool area known as the 'Posada' by the locals, and found It's always a joy to watch the breath taking sunset, while reflection on our 28 years of marriage. Hopefully in the near future we will find ourselves playing with our grandchildren along this beautiful stretch of beach in Rincon, Puerto Rico.



We came to Puerto Rico from Metuchen, New Jersey where we lived from 1984 til July 2001, moving to San Sebastain, PR and operating a family own Gas Station til this day. Since we still maintain a buzy schedule we decided that renting this villa out for a few weeks a year would be the perfect vacation rental for others to use when visiting Rincon. Its modern decor and extent of amenities provide the perfect atmosphere and comfort many vacationer with families such as you would desire on your get-away vacation. So if your planning a get away from it all vacation, then let our vacation home become your vacation home.

VillaNicky is a Condo located in Punta Del Mar beach village in Rincon, Puerto Rico. This property is in a 145 acre gated community and is very safe and children friendly. Near all the best surfing beaches like Sandy Beach, Marias Domes and Tres Palmas are nearby. Rincon is a beautiful Caribbean town full of lively, interesting people and beautiful landscapes. The beaches of Rincon are known as Puerto Rico's finest with picture perfect blue waters and an abundance of Caribbean palm trees. The mellow and friendly atmosphere will make you feel truly worry free and shift your clock to relaxation mode. This Villa has plenty of room and is located within walking distance of many bars/restaurants and even more within a short drive, you'll find yourself never needing to leave the local scene. Rincon is a quiet town away from the big cities, but we are close enough if you crave that city life. Mayaguez is just 20 minutes away with popular shopping, theaters, casinos and more. San Juan is about a 2.5 hour drive with amazing city life and a large international airport, while Aguadilla is usually the most convenient airport to fly into.
