About this property

Welcome to Samlingsplatsen (The Gathering Place)! This 2-bedroom home is perfect for your escape to Lindsborg. Inside, find a spacious king suite with cozy electric fireplace and additional mini-split system to meet your comfort needs. En suite bathroom with shower.

A queen bedroom sits across the hall from a full bath with tub/shower, plus the cozy family room sports a leather queen sofa bed for extra comfort.

Did we mention there is an additional main floor living room as well?

Three full bathrooms (one in the basement) provide space for everyone to refresh with ease. Fully appointed kitchen with pass through window to eating bar and dining room. The basement includes more living space with tv, a table for games or puzzles, and a kid's "hideaway" under the stairs (but open so they stay within view).

Enjoy off street parking in the double driveway! Back patio with fire pit and plenty of room to play yard games. We have tennis and pickleball rackets, and various balls and frisbees for your use.

This home was built in the 70's, and we have retained some of these elements including the tub/showers in the home. Because of this, you may notice some nicks and scratches here and there.

As a semi-retired couple, we live at Kanopolis lake, but always dreamed of a home in Lindsborg. Because we are not ready to leave the lake, we want to share our home to those who need a place to gather, relax and catch up with family and friends.

This quiet well established neighborhood felt instantly like home when we viewed the property. Close to everything, yet set apart from the hustle as well.

What makes this property unique

The open flow of the home and throwback to the 70's makes for a simple, spacious place where you can breathe and relax. We don't overcrowd with tchotchkes so there is room for YOU to feel at home.
