The Clary-Michals house is a spacious 5-Star-Experience riverfront home with a boat slip and dock located on a cul-de-sac with only a short walk down the street to the beach boardwalk leading to the Gulf of Mexico and it's 'white sugary sand beach'. The upper level Guest-Bedroom and the luxurious Master-Bedroom Suite have king size beds. The vaulted ceiling Great-Room encompasses a complete gourmet kitchen, dining and living areas as well as a fully functional and separate wet-bar. Just outside the Great Room, of this North and South facing vacation home, is an expansive deck for entertaining and watching you choice of breathtaking sunrises or sunsets. The lower level, has two (2) large bedrooms complete with baths and views of the lower patio area, large landscaped yard and dock on the river. This level also has a utility-room complete with washer, dryer and additional refrigerator.

The Lost Key Golf Club is located right here on Perdido Key ... with additional courses located nearby. Tie your boat at the Jennings House deep water dock or rent a boat nearby. World class charter fishing is also available. Thinking about a beach wedding, then you have found the perfect location! We'll even hook you up with a local beach wedding planner.

Please check the calendar for availability. Sorry, no pets, smoking outside only and you must be minimum of 30 years old to make a reservation. ALSO ... please read our house rules including our Cancellation Policy.

Perfect location for boating

Beautiful home with gorgeous water views and unbelievable sunsets! Location was perfect for boating, close to Perdido Pass, Robinson Island and Ono Island. Quick drive to the beach. Will definitely be back!

Boat weekend for the Blue Angels

We enjoyed the house and location very much! Spacious parking for three vehicles plus truck and boat trailer. Property manager was kind enough to let us get ice from his ice machine. He was very prompt to answer my questions and text msgs. Would definitely stay at this location again in the future!

Great house in Perdido Key!

The house was perfect for us and our extended family. Swimming, boating, fishing and relaxing are all at your fingertips right on Ole River. Take your pick of where to gather with porches upstairs and down and an accommodating wharf. While we didn’t turn them on much, every room has a tv and two refrigerators are always a plus. The owner was especially attentive to our needs. Neighborhood is safe and convenient to both Innerarity and Orange Beach. All in all, I highly recommend.

Wonderful vacation spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here! The house was very clean, had a great layout, and was in an excellent location. The kitchen has just about anything you need for cooking. It was great to have a refrigerator upstairs and downstairs. The kids loved going fishing off the dock and the lights at night made it extra fun for them. The walk to the beach isn't too bad. We drove to the fire station and parked there, then just carried our stuff across the street to the beach. If it wasn't quite so hot out, we would have just walked the whole way. The beach is part of the State Park system, so it was really quiet and clean. The owners were great to work with and very kind.

Great location for our family

Let me just say, overall this home worked awesome for our stay! But there were some issues with cleanliness and we also had mice problem. Everything seemed very dirty, from all the dishes to bathrooms and bedrooms. A little dated also. Having that said, we actually enjoyed everything else so much about the property that we kinda just lived with it. We brought our jet skis so the dock worked perfect for them, also our adult kids enjoyed fishing every night there also. The outdoor entertaining area was great also. We also rented another house a few miles west with family so everyone came over every evening because this home had awesome views and deck area. Loved the area and home but they do need to step up the cleaning process.

Well we are not proud of this review, but it is not at all typical of the reviews we get. Looks like the cleaning folks more than dropped the ball on this turn-around rental. As for the mouse, this is the beach and once in a while one of these "Perdido Key Endangered species" sneaks through an open door. You can be sure the cleanliness issue will be addressed promptly and to an expected high standard! . . . mouse issue is resolved

Amazing Views

We came with 2 other couples and we chose the rental because of location, boat dock, and each couple had their on bathroom. We brought our boat and docked it each night at the private dock at this property. Upon arrival you have paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags for start up. We didn’t cook but the cabinets are stocked with everything you should need if you do. We would definitely rent again and the owners were available for questions even through they were in Italy!

Perfect Location Amazing Views

The location of this house is perfect from the road side to the water side you can not get a better spot! Although we do not use the beach access it is at the end of the street. We love being on Old River and bringing our boat to Perdido. The dock on the water is awesome and the views are beautiful! My boys caught fish right off the dock. The top patio is a perfect spot to hang outside and the furniture for the patio is great! Having 2 rooms with 2 Queen beds each is a perfect set up for larger families like ours or when you have more than one family coming. Each downstairs bedroom also has its own bathroom and upstairs bedrooms as well. Having 2 King bed options is perfect as well. Beds were super comfortable too. Open floor plan upstairs is great. Plus there is plenty of parking. We had a boat trailer and 4 vehicles and could have fit more. Property manager is super nice and right next door if you did need anything. The house also had TP and paper towels and that was a huge plus and everything you could need while on vacation to cook etc. if you wanted. The only things I think could be done is a good deep cleaning of the house, water to the dock or a long hose like we brought and change the door locks to a key pad entry. Thank you for allowing us to stay and make more memories in our favorite place.

Excellent location! Perfect for boaters!

Our company incentive trip was cancelled this year due to COVID so we planned our own incentive trip with three other couples. Two of us have boats so they boat house was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of room inside and out for all of us to have our own space and to come together as a group. Paul was wonderful to work with as well. Our prayers are with everyone in this area, I am sure there was damage from Sally. We would all come back again for another fun friends vacation!

Enjoyable stay.

Family of 6 adults visited for an extended Labor Day weekend. The property is nice, cozy, and the pics are accurate. The area is quiet and serene...a stark change from the hustle and bustle of large condos in other beachfront communities, and a huge selling point for us. We spent most of our time on the large upstairs patio overlooking the river. The beach is beautiful, only a short drive away, and you can practically have any stretch of sand to yourself. The house is well stocked, with most of your necessities readily available (towels, toilet paper, cooking utensils, etc). The owner lives next door, and will respond to any questions you may have via text. Our ONE complaint was the bugs. Could be because it sits right on the water. But we had lots of gnats throughout the house, and a few cockroaches too. But overall, we agreed that we loved the view so much we would be willing to come back.

Great house

Perfect location, short walk to the beach. State park beach with not very many people there. Loved the dock for swimming, fishing and watching the boats go by. House was very nice, the perfect size for our group of 9.

Great House!

Wonderful stay! It rained all but a day and the house was big enough for all of my family to be comfortably relaxed. We fished on the covered dock in the rain. So fun!

Everything about the house was wonderful. The location was fabulous. Great place to relax !

The house and the location was perfect. We enjoyed the boat dock to watch the sunsets . The house had everything we could possibly need & we definitely enjoyed grilling out on the back deck. Paul was wonderful and gave us great suggestions of places to visit and shop. Would definitely go back .

Great stay, great location

We had a fantastic time staying at the house. 4 adults, 7 children, plenty of room. We walked to the beach every day, the kids fished off the dock every night while we cooked on the grill and watched the sunset. The house is close to shopping and restaurants yet very quiet and secluded. Our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer. I would highly recommend Paul's house for anyone looking for a fantastic beach/boating vacation!

Exceeded All Of My Expectations

Our family of 15 had a family reunuion at the Jennings house, with children ranging from 7 to 17. There was never a down moment because there was something for everyone. The house and grounds with a dock is exceptional. What a great way to wake up everyday and decide what you are going to do. The river behind the house and the beach down the street give everyone ample opportunity to do what they want. One of the best things about the property is having Paul and Anne, the property managers next door. Great people!!
