This light-filled condo offers ocean, beach, and Catalina views from your private balcony, family room, and master bedroom. The open layout is designed to maximize both views and flow, with sightlines from the front door straight through to the ocean.
The home features two full master suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom, located on opposite ends of the unit for privacy. In between, you’ll find in-home laundry—making this layout ideal for couples, friends, or multigenerational stays. The spacious family room includes a sleeper sofa, and opens directly to the balcony facing the ocean.
The remodeled kitchen is open to the living space and built for both everyday use and entertaining, with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, bar seating, and ample storage and counter space.
Step outside and you’re immediately connected to the best of the Peninsula. The building sits right on the bike path and near the Balboa parking lot where you can rent bikes and cruise along the sand, stroll to the Balboa Pier, or grab a classic milkshake at Ruby’s Diner. Whether you’re here for the beach, dining, or people-watching, it’s all just steps away.
THINGS TO KNOW:
-This home has stunning views straight from your living spaces/patio to the ocean
-Walk to sand, shops and restaurants
-The elevator for this home will be out of order from 3/16-26 - 4/16/26 due to it being refurbished.
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees may apply at the rate of $350 and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking
-Your booking charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150/pet per month. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150/pet fee per month will be required to be paid separately to the property management company before check-in.
-Includes 1 designated exterior parking space plus 1 guest parking pass for first-come, first-served outdoor guest spaces (only four total in the building). A second space is not guaranteed, so street or paid parking may be needed.
