Cozy and comfortable, fully appointed apartment installed above the large garage behind our home in the quiet Woodland Heights neighborhood of Richmond's South Side. Just inside the main door to the garage is a private entrance to your two-story space. Bathroom and coat storage on the bottom floor; sleeping, living, eating, and cooking space on the light-filled second floor. Easy access to the wooded trails and river views of the James River Park system including beautiful and historic Belle Isle.Charming neighborhood restaurants with many more just a bike or short car ride away. A quick and easy drive or bus ride to Richmond's business district and Virginia Commonwealth University's quirky urban campus. Aveda products, plush linens, and complementary Nespresso coffee and tea. Perfect for someone who wants to enjoy all that Richmond has to offer and end the day in a place that feels like home.
