Our comfortably furnished apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living-dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom. From the large balcony with winter garden you have an excellent view of the mountains and the sea.

In the summer months, air conditioning contributes to your well-being. The master bedroom is a standard local ceiling fan for coolness makes.
An electric fireplace and a gas stove for the cooler days are available.

The master bedroom has a double bed me two separate mattresses (200 cm x 90 cm); The small bedroom has two single beds (each 200 cm x 90 cm) ready. Wardrobe space is plentiful.

The kitchen is fully equipped.

In the newly constructed winter garden you can enjoy your stay during the cooler season even better. Therefore, our apartment is particularly well suited for long-term hibernation.

Comfortable

Pleasant, traditional apartment with terrific mountain and coastal views. The sunsets are spectacular. The pool was shut during our stay in late October. Difficult to find areas for dog essentials in the locality- well kept residential and street green areas do not welcome dogs.

Todo perfecto

El alojamiento es espacioso, cómodo y tranquilo. Tiene un amplio salón con un cómodo sofá y la TV. La cocina es de tipo americano comunicada con el salón. La amplia terraza tiene dos ambientes, una mitad está acristalada, está unida al salon y sirve de comedor, con aire acondicionado para las horas de más calor, la otra mitad de la terraza está sin cerrar, con un toldo para dar sombra. Los dormitorios son amplios igualmente, con unas cama de al emis 1,80 de ancho. El dormitorio principal cuenta con aire acondicionado. Hay wifi, a TV es smartTV con antena satélite y conexión a internet para poder iniciar sesión en tu cuenta Netflix si la tienes. La cocina está bien equipada, con lavavajillas, vitrocerámica, campana, frigorífico, cafetera, y demás ajuar doméstico, no hemos echado nada en falta. El apartamento está decorado con mucho gusto, parece que estás en tu propia casa. La urbanización es tranquila con unos jardines muy bien cuidados. La piscina está muy bien, tiene buen tamaño, y con césped bien cuidado. Las veces que la hemos usado había pocos usuarios por lo que se puede disfrutar plenamente del baño. La comunicación con Andreas ha sido cordial y rápida. Desde el primer momento nos hemos comunicado por WhatsApp en inglés sin problemas. Contesta rápido y amablemente. Si nada lo impide repetiré la visita a su casa.

Vacaciones perfectas

El apartamento es acojedor, desde el primer momento te siente como en tu casa. Cocina tiene todo lo necesario, frigo es algo pequeño - hay que gestionar bien el espacio y hacer compras diarias. Torrox tiene: Mercadona, Lidl y Dia. La piscina comunitaria es lo mejor. Lo único que no nos gustó era el aire acondicionado, enfría bien el salón, pero sube la temperatura de la terraza acristalada (es un fallo de instalación). Hay que planificar bien cuando poner lo en marcha. TV por satélite casi en exclusiva en alemán, así tuvimos más tiempo para jugar cartas con niños. Hay una opción ver películas vía YouTube. Comunicación con el propietario es rápida. Nos gustaría volver.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour !!!!! nous avons adoré la résidence et la région. La résidence est très bien entretenue, fleurie et calme. C'est splendide, je n'avais même plus envie de partir... Si je peux permettre, il faudrait des climatisations dans les chambres car il fait beaucoup trop chaud la nuit et une également dans la véranda car nous ne pouvons pas profiter de la vue extraordinaire que nous avons de cet endroit à cause de la chaleur.

"Apartamento muy acogedor, en una zona muy tranquila con una piscina estupenda a muy pocos metros.El Sr.A. es muy amable y si hay alguna problema te lo soluciona inmediatamente. Es perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones relajadas, ya que la zona es muy silenciosa por la noche. Ademas esta muy cerca de las principales vias para poder ver los alrededores. Recomiendo ver el pueblo de Frigiliana. Solo creo que falta un microondas, por lo demas todo perfecto. Muchas gracias por todo Sr. A."

"We spend a good time in ...

"We spend a good time in this nice apartment in calm residence area with nice view from terrace. The pool is very good, not crowded and is handy when there is a wind on the sea, most of the time we have been alone there (in July). There is no microwave oven (even small would be handy with kids). The area around (from 5km to 150km) is full of interesting sites."
