We just opened in June after remodeling and refurnishing with all new décor and furniture so it is a very fresh, clean and welcoming place. Just 150 yards to the gorgeous private Pent Road Beach, see pics!
The home is 750 sq ft, all on one level. Only 1.5 miles from downtown Madison and minutes from Hammonasset Beach State Park—quiet, walkable, and perfect for an easy coastal getaway.

We had a really nice stay here. The house was adorable, clean, and had a cozy feel that made it easy to settle in. It was also super convenient being able to walk to the beach, which made the whole trip feel a lot more relaxed. Kevin the host was very responsive and super friendly.Overall, it was just a comfortable, easy stay and a great little spot for a getaway. We’d definitely stay again.
