Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Check-in instructions were not provided on time. When check-in instructions were provided, they were missing the lockbox code. The lockbox wasn’t very awkward place on the street. The website had a button to click to contact host, when we dial the number the call did not go through because the host had blocked or restricted answering of the phone. Elevator stopped working after the first day very inconvenient to drag the luggage to the fifth floor. When vrbo tried to reach the host the host did not respond until much later. We went through three hours of agony, with my family and the luggage before we could get inside the room. The Nespresso coffee machine did not work and did not even have the right connector to connect. The toilet flush tank knob broke after the second use. I had to improvise and fix it myself. There was no way to reach the host. I am very disappointed in Expedia not screening properties better. I will never reserve any accommodations that go through Verbo or involve apartments.
