The private bathroom includes hot water, fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, essentials (soap and toilet paper), a hair dryer, and thoughtful touches to make you feel at home. The kitchenette is perfect for light meals and includes cleaning products, while an iron is available for longer stays or business travelers. Guests also have access to a patio for relaxing outdoors. Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout time is 10:00 AM * Place all used towels in the white basket located in the bathroom.
* Bag all kitchen/bathroom trash and place it in outdoor cans by the white fence (gray = trash, blue = recycling). Discard all food/drinks. Do not leave trash inside the unit or food outside.
* Turn off lights and TV. * Lock the door behind you and press the Kwikset button to secure the unit. * Ensure all personal items are packed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please park on the left side of the property, in Parking Spot #1. Please do not park in any other place in the property.
