Ideal for kids, teens, or extra guests who want their own space.Outdoor Living Space: Sit on the front porch with your morning coffee or relax at the back of the home where there is a private deck and spacious backyard. Equipped with a grill, perfect for easy dinners or winding down after sunset.Extra Perks: Tesla / EV charger, Golf cart charger, Wifi, easy beach access, close to downtown shops, Washington Street Mall and local attractions.Every detail has been designed for comfort, simplicity, and effortless vacation living — all in a location locals know and love and a home you’ll want to return to year after year.*Owner will consider a small dog depending on breed/weight with additional pet fee: $300 per week per dog.
