There are two convenient outside showers, relaxing and plush front porch and garage to store larger items.Inside the house, amenities include internet access, ceiling fans in the downstairs rooms, and window air conditioners in all bedrooms. The homeowner leaves a booster seat and bed side guards for children.Bedroom arrangements are as follows:First Floor Bedroom 1 - QueenFirst Floor Bedroom 2 - Two TwinsSecond Floor Bedroom 3 - QueenSecond Floor Bedroom 4 - Two QueenThe first floor hallway has a tub/shower combo and the second floor hall bathroom has a shower only.This is a Pet Friendly Property. If you are not bringing a pet during your stay, you will not be responsible for the Pet Rent. For online booking, your lease will be adjusted accordingly but please let us know if you are, or are not bringing a dog. The cleaning fee is only applicable for stays less than a week, this will also be adjusted after booking if you are staying 7 nights or more.
