"Sternenwald" Vacation Apartment - Arrastal Apartments

For your entertainment, there’s a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a small stereo system, and a collection of games. We’ve also put together an information folder for you with details on attractions in the surrounding area. Wi-Fi is, of course, free. 

The kitchen area features a kitchenette with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a small dishwasher. The kitchen is also equipped with plenty of cookware and tableware, spices, a microwave, a small oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. You’ll also find other amenities here, such as coffee filters, trash bags, dish soap, and tea towels. Tea towels are, of course, included. The dining area seats 2 people.
The separate bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm). Your beds are, of course, made. A radio alarm clock is also provided. There is a safe in the bedroom closet where you can store your valuables.

In the bathroom, you’ll find toiletries, a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, a drying rack, paper towels, and toilet paper. The shower is walk-in. Hand towels and shower towels are included (towels are changed during longer stays).
The rooms are heated by underfloor heating. The holiday rental was last renovated in 2022.
The holiday rental is accessed via a spiral staircase and has two balconies connected by a walkway. Here you can enjoy breakfast in the morning or reflect on the day over a glass of wine in the evening.
Free, separate parking is available right next to the house. Motorcycles can be parked in the carport.
A bicycle storage room is available free of charge for your bikes. You can also charge your e-bikes here for free.
From the balcony, you have a view of the nearby Sternenwald forest as well as our garden and pond with koi. There’s an outdoor dartboard by the door to the bike storage room where you can pass the time if you’d like.
For stays of 3 nights or more, you’ll receive a bottle of Moselle wine as a welcome gift.
Note:
We ask that you leave the apartment swept clean upon departure. Please return used dishes to the cabinets after washing them. Please sort your trash and dispose of it in the provided trash tins in the carport. Please place the bed linens and used towels on the bathroom floor.



Our modern and comfortable holiday apartments are located at the gateway to the Middle Moselle. They serve as your base camp for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, or on foot.

Each holiday apartment is designed to accommodate 2 people. In addition to a bedroom, bathroom, and living/dining area, they also feature a small, well-equipped kitchenette. You can store your bicycles in our bike storage room. Charging the batteries for your e-bikes is, of course, free of charge. All of our holiday rentals are non-smoking. Each holiday rental has its own free parking space located right next to the house.
Both short-term and long-term guests are in good hands with us and are always welcome.

Minimum stay during the high season (May 1 – Oct. 31) – 5 days. 
Minimum stay during the off-season (November 1 – April 30) – 2 nights.
During Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Easter, Pentecost, and on public holidays as well as long weekends, the minimum stay is 4 nights.
Shorter stays can also be booked if availability permits. Please enquire.



On-site costs: As a welcome gift, you’ll receive a bottle of Mosel wine (for stays of 3 nights or more). Bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, and tea towels are provided free of charge. An electric vehicle charging station is available for our guests with electric cars (Terra AC Wallbox, 11 kW, Type 2 cable). Charging is billed via a separate metre. Cost: 0.50 EUR/kW. E-bikes can be charged free of charge. Only dogs are welcome as pets
