This charming and cozy cottage is incredibly beautifully situated on a corner lot at the end of a quiet gravel road.



On the large property there are good opportunities for ball games and for the little ones a swing has been installed. The house is well furnished with 3 bedrooms, bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and washing machine and the kitchen is open to the living room and dining area. As an additional heat source there is both a heat pump and a wood stove. From the living room you have access to the fully fenced terrace.



Not far from the house is Ringkøbing Fjord, a mecca for surfers. During the summer period, bathing bridges have been built at several places along the fjord. However, it is recommended to go to Stauning, as there is a real bathing beach there. If you want to go shopping, you should make a trip to the cozy town of Ringkøbing.
