This charming duplex apartment is located on the upper floor and top floor of a quiet apartment building. On the lower level is the bright living room, next to which is the fully equipped kitchen—ideal for cooking and dining together. A spiral staircase leads up to the top floor, where a double bed and two single beds await you. The garden can be shared with the other residents—and as a vacation guest, you also have access to the terrace by the garden shed. There, you can spend relaxing hours in the fresh air, have a barbecue, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. A ping-pong table provides some athletic variety.
A lockable bike storage room and a parking space right next to the house are also available. We ask for your understanding that pets are not permitted in this apartment; in return, you can expect a well-maintained and peaceful atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home.

Here you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing stay: On the first floor is the cozy living room with a large couch, a dining table, a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a radio. The light-colored laminate flooring creates a pleasant living atmosphere. Right next door, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen, where you can really let your culinary creativity run wild: A ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave with baking function, dishwasher, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, and a capsule coffee machine (Cafissimo) are all at your disposal. A practical bar table with two bar stools is perfect for quick snacks or a leisurely breakfast. The bathroom features a large rain shower, toilet, sink, and stone flooring—the perfect place to start your day feeling refreshed. A slightly steeper spiral staircase leads you to the attic, where the spacious bedroom awaits. Here you’ll find a double bed (180x200 cm) and two single beds (90x200 cm each) with adjustable slatted frames—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The laminate flooring here also creates a pleasant living atmosphere. Insect screens on the windows of the bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchen also ensure peaceful nights.
Outside, you’ll find a garden area that you can share with the other tenants. A lockable garden shed is available for your bicycles, and you can conveniently park your car in the on-site parking space. Additionally, a private terrace by the garden shed with barbecue facilities offers the perfect opportunity to wind down the day in a relaxed atmosphere under the open sky.
