Avila Beach Townhouse Rental - Short Walk to the Beach Beautifully Furnished 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Townhome 1.5 Blocks From the Sand. Sleeps 6. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and K-Cup Coffee Machine. The living room has a flat screen, DVD player, fireplace, and sofa sleeper. Dining Table seats 4 and breakfast bar with 3 stools. Primary bedroom, located downstairs, has a King bed, flat screen TV. Primary bath has a soaking tub and separate standing shower. The second bedroom, located upstairs, has a Queen bed. Washer/Dryer. Deck with gas BBQ, starter supply of propane provided.

1 Car Garage Parking.

If you'd like to bring your pet, please inquire (additional fees will apply and all pets are subject to prior approval).

It was very hot! This place has no AC as advertised and we visited the area when it was over 90 degrees. Additionally, the windows are so old we were only able to open 1 window in the upstairs bedroom. The house was dirty and the furniture including the mattresses are worn out!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. The rental was clean enough, beds comfortable and the accommodations overall were fine. Avila Beach is a fun town and this location is quiet and within a few blocks of the beach and a charming little village.
