Arrival at the second level will introduce still more panoramic ocean views from within the open, airy floor plan featuring a festive bar, living room, dining room and kitchen, all of which take full advantage of the magnificent dune and ocean vistas. The garage houses a golf cart that regrettably is not available for guest use due to insurance restrictions; however, special arrangements can be made to temporarily relocate the golf cart off premises to accommodate guest parking in the garage

Golf privileges are available at the Oak Marsh and Little Sandy (9-hole) courses at published rates, and other publicly available courses may be found elsewhere on Amelia Island.
