This home is fabulous! Our host promptly answered questions we had. The kitchen is a dream to cook in, beds are comfy, porch is great to gather in. We look forward to another visit in the future.

Multi Family Vacay

Property was great. Lot’s of room to spread out and enjoyed our stay. Only issue was that there was not hand soap in kitchen and all of the bathrooms otherwise it was a fantastic place. We have stayed here before and will come again

A Family shares memories

We were here for the funeral of our 100yr mother, grandmother, and great grandmother as all generations gathered. This house was warm, well appointed, and impressed our entire family who wants to return to this home. Communication with owner and property manager was a breeze.

After 20+years of attending the Ga/Fl game - we found. Home!

The coolest place we have ever stayed. Always thought we had to be on the beach. NO MORE! We even stayed in and cooked most meals instead of going out. Everything was perfect for our group of 6. Beautiful home! Definitely coming back❤️ GO DAWGS!

Great location and serene setting

The property was lovely, upon arrival we noticed a damp almost sour smell then we noticed an air purifier by the front door. There was also one in the front bedroom. We think the carpet and pad had been wet and soured. It was definitely very noticeable by all of us. We did mention this to the manager. It doesn't seem to be pulling out the moisture.

Beautiful home with plenty of space for 8 of us. The property manager was very helpful when a thunderstorm tripped some GFI switches in the electrical panel. Plenty of parking available and golf cart rental nearby was a bonus.

What a beautiful, spacious house! The kitchen is perfect for family dinners. We loved the layout of the house- plenty of room. Owners called to make sure we were enjoying everything- what a nice gesture!!

OVERPLEASED.....AGAIN!

I cannot express how pleased we all are with this place. This was our second Thanksgiving spent here. My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer this past October so we tried to center everything around her. She is still calling me to tell me she misses "her house." We miss it as well! My husband has started to have his morning meditation on the lanai and he loved it. I still have to work and the lanai is my favorite spot. Thank you for putting a smile on all of our faces especially my mother. She is EXTREMELY PICKY. I pray we are able to bring her back here again. You have a SPECIAL GEM here!

A slice of paradise on Amelia Island

This home is a beautifully-curated property located on immaculately manicured grounds. A lovely gift basket awaited us, and came in so handy as we relaxed on the fantastic lanai. The home is sparkling clean, thoughtfully decorated, and had all the necessities and little luxuries needed for a lovely trip. We had such a nice time... thank you!

Amazing place to stay!

This was one of the most awesome experiences we’ve had in Amelia Island. We go frequently but never stayed in the Gilligan’s house before. Absolutely beautiful! We had such a restful and enjoyable stay. The the area is quiet and beautiful and I venture to say that we have never experienced Amelia island quite in the way we did on this trip. I can’t say enough about how beautiful this house and how much we enjoyed the screened in porch area. It was a piece of heaven. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

You won’t be disappointed

The previous ratings on this house are spot on. It’s very comfortable, clean, and exceptionally well-stocked. The porch is very special. If you are there in good weather, you will live on the porch. Our group of three couples are golfers. The course at the Omni is terrific and only a two minute drive from the house. Also terrific walking and bike paths. In short, a terrific rental. You won’t be disappointed.

BEST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!

I have stayed at many a VRBO, cabins, etc. This place is the best place yet. The pleasant communication with the owners started months prior. There was no editing of pics! In fact, the pics do not do this place justice. Solitude, peace, and perfection is what we experienced for Thanksgiving! Plus, the kids had games to play, books to read, and kiddie cups and cutlery ON HAND!!!!!!!!!! I cannot give a high enough rating! My husband asked me to book this place again for no particular celebration, just for the PEACE!

Great Property

This property is a hidden gem in Fernandina Beach. We used a jumping off place for our family, attending our son's wedding in Yulee. Family members stopped by for coffee and a gathering place for the venue. Couldn't asked for a better location or house. Pictures just doesn't due this property justice.

A worthy hideaway

Nestled on a private street is a house that is deceptively large. Every amenity is present. The large screened in back area would be better enjoyed in the fall or spring seasons, but offers an early morning reprieve if one wishes. This was our second time staying here and it did not disappoint.

Paradise

This property is by far the best I have stayed at since vacation Amelia Island! It felt like home from the minute we arrived. Loved sitting on the enclosed lanai and looking out over the backyard pond. Evenings were spent strolling the community walkways. Everything was so lush! This property inspired us to see a realtor for a similar property to make our own! Loved our stay!

We are a family from Maryland who purchased this home in 2016. We spent the first half of 2016 remodeling the home. It's finished and perfect for us and hopefully for you. We enjoy the house about five months out of the year, and the rest is all for you!

We bought this property after traveling to Amelia Island for a decade for their famed Concourse d'Elegance. We love the island for its climate and its rich history. The neighborhood is filled with amenities and activities, yet it is gated and private. When we come down, life just seems easier. We hope you feel the same.

This is a family home. It is furnished, decorated, and appointed like a luxury family home. We live here for some months of the year. It isn't an investment property with stark finishes and cheap nick-nacks. We love an artful home and you will see original art throughout the house. The kitchen is exceedingly well-equipped and a joy to prepare meals for your family. The house has seating everywhere, inside and out. It is spacious and comfortable year-round. We know you will love our home as much as we do.
