Schwarzschimmel in der Wohnung

Abgesehen vom cholerischen Vermieter war die Wohnung eine Katastrophe. Sie roch muffig und war voller Schimmel, wir mussten die Wohnung wieder verlassen. Ein Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung ist gesundheitsgefährdend.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Für uns war die Wohnung ideal, toll gelegen, alles vorhanden. Vermisst habe ich die korrekte Bezeichnung. Es wurde immer von Wohnung 1 gesprochen und die Wohnung hieß dann "Puppenstube". Auch der Raum in welcher die Waschmaschine stand ist nicht bezeichnet, der Kellerabgang mit "Solarium". Hier ist etwas Verbesserungspotential vorhanden. Ansonsten, wir werden wiederkommen. Föhr, die Wohnung und die Lage hat uns erneut überzeugt. Lieben Dank und beste Grüße Fam. Rieg

Die Wohnung war von der Aufteilung her super, das Bad hatte viel Abstellfläche (was selten ist), in der Küche war soweit alles, was man brauchte, Wohn- und Essraum waren auch in Ordnung. Die Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein (Spinnweben). Die Lage ist optimal nah am Südstrand, zum Bäcker und Laden ist es auch nicht so weit. Der kleine Fußmarsch in die Stadt ist angenehm. Der Service war auch hervorragend - wir wurden mit Koffer am Hafen abgeholt und zur Wohnung gebracht. Die Rückgabe des Schlüssels am Abreisetag ist sehr gut geregelt. Was nicht so gut war: 1. meine Frau hat aufgrund des Zustands der Matratze nicht gut geschlafen 2. Die Stockflecken an der Wand direkt neben dem Kopfkissen gehen gar nicht. Hätten wir länger als 5 Nächte gebucht, wären wir nicht geblieben. Ich bin Asthmatiker. Der Weiterempfehlung würde ich zustimmen, wenn die Stockflecken im Schlafzimmer fachgerecht beseitigt wurden. Ich stimme nicht zu, dass dieses Feedback nur teilweise (der gute Teil) veröffentlicht wird.

Es war alles sehr gut. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die hohe Gebühr für den Hund halten wir für absolut unangemessen, viel zu hoch. Das geht in Richtung Ausnutzen einer Situation. Die Endreinigung wird so oder so gemacht. Wo der Hund liegt, ist alles mit Decken ausgelegt. Es gab bei der Endreinigung nichts mehr zu tun als üblich.

Die Wohnung liegt ideal unmittelbar am Südstrand sowie am Kurparks. Die Küche ist neu und gut ausgestattet, ebenso ist der helle Fußboden neu verlegt. Das Mobiliar besteht ansonsten aus bereits älteren IKEA-Möbeln. Die drei Innentüren könnten einen Anstrich vertragen - die Kopfkissen sollten ersetzt werden. Bei Umsetzung unserer Verbesserungsvorschläge ist die Wohnung 1 im Haus Otto perfekt als Urlaubsquartier für zwei Personen in Wyk.

Gemütliche kleine saubere Wohnung, die uns als Paar mit kleinem Hund vollkommen ausreichend war.Der Parkplatz mit Zahl zur Wohnung gehörend, befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus Otto. Bis zum Strand sind es noch keine 5Minuten Fußweg. Die Wohnung können wir mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Die Insel Föhr ist auch Anfang Februar sehr schön!
