Schönes Haus mit Startschwierigkeiten

Die Zutaten für ein leckeres Abendbrot warteten im Kofferraum, allein die kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte nicht. Der Schlüsselsafe ließ sich nicht öffnen. Zwei Stunden warteten wir in einem Restaurant, bis uns ein Ersatzschlüssel übergeben wurde. Dann endlich konnten wir ins Haus, das genau so schön und gemütlich war, wie in der Beschreibung versprochen. Der Kamin war schnell angeheizt, was sich als gut heraus stellte, da die Zentralheizung defekt war. Auch mehrere Telefonate mit den Vermietern führten zu keiner Lösung. Nun gut, es waren ja auch Feiertage. Und der Kamin brannte ja. Nur morgens und nach einem längeren Ausflug war die Wohnung ausgekühlt, und der Kamin musste erst einmal neu angefeuert werden. Trotz allem ist das Haus schön und liebevoll eingerichtet und eignet sich sehr gut für einen Urlaub zu zweit

Haus schön, Toilette unzumutbar

Das Haus ist sehr schön, auch wenn die Umgebung tatsächlich wenig Freizeitmöglichkeiten bietet. Der Weg zu den Stränden und Erholungsorten auf dem Darß ist mit dem Auto aber kurz und gut für tägliche Ausflüge zu bewältigen. In Barth selbst, haben wir kaum Zeit verbracht. Direkt neben dem Haus befinden sich gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel. Leider kann ich das Haus absolut nicht weiterempfehlen, obwohl es schön und ansprechend renoviert ist und über einen schönen Garten verfügt. Die Toilette ist nämlich unserer Ansicht nach, nicht benutzbar. Es gibt keinen Spülkasten, man lässt lediglich Wasser hineinlaufen. Da dabei keinerlei Druck aufkommt, ist die Spülung nicht funktionsfähig. Das hat für uns zu einer sehr belastenden Situation geführt. Selbst das Toilettenpapier wurde teilweise nicht herunter gespült. Wer damit entspannt ist und kein Problem damit hat, die Toilette am Hafen oder der Bäckerei zu nutzen, hat aber sicher einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Vielen Dank für Ihre ausführliche Bewertung. Beim Bau dieses Hauses wurde bewusst auf den Einbau konventioneller Spülkästen für die Toilettenspülung verzichtet, einfach, um die Keimbelastung, die immer in den konventionellen Spülkästen auftritt, zu vermeiden. Dieses Haus ist halt auch für den Aufenthalt von Allergikern gedacht. Die Nutzung dieser Spülung ist in unser Gästemappe zudem ausführlich beschrieben, und bislang hat sich in all den Jahren noch kein Gast über diese Art der Spülung beschwert.

Sehr angenehme schöne Wohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war draußen nass und kalt und in diesem schönen warmen Nest haben wir ein paar sehr erholsame Tage verbracht.
