Wake up in Barra with wide open beach views

This vacation rental apartment is located in the Barra neighborhood of Salvador, offering ocean views, steps from the beach, and situated on the Carnaval route.

From the 8th floor, guests can enjoy views of the waterfront, walk along the seaside promenade, and easily access beaches.

The building features a café on the ground floor, Seven Wonders Café, which offers breakfast as well as other meals, available for purchase.

The apartment features an entry area with a full-length mirror and a functional kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, a two-burner induction cooktop, air extractor, sandwich maker, blender, Italian coffee maker, coffee machine, and a set of cookware, ensuring convenience for meal preparation. For added comfort during the stay, there is a clothes drying rack, an ironing board, and an electric iron.

The bathroom includes an electric shower, exhaust fan, hygienic shower, and hair dryer. In the bedroom, guests will find air conditioning, a dedicated workspace, a 50" smart TV, and blackout curtains, providing comfort for both rest and remote work. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, offering a pleasant space to relax.

This vacation rental offers comfort and convenience in a full-service condominium with a variety of leisure and practical amenities. Guests can enjoy a swimming pool with a hot tub, gym, playground, convenience market, meeting room/coworking space, and laundry facilities. The gourmet area is available by reservation, and the condominium also features a bike rack.

During the Salvador Carnival period, the use of the parking space is restricted and will not be available to guests. This is due to vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall. During this period, the gym deck will also have restricted access and will not be available to guests.

The pool is usually closed on Mondays for treatment but may also be closed on other days if maintenance is required by the condominium administration.

The communication with guests is done as promptly as possible to make them feel welcomed, both through the platform and by phone.

On any other day, you’ll find friends playing football on the sand, laughter over cold drinks, and that unmistakable Bahian smile that makes everyone feel at home.

Barra is Salvador in its purest form — colorful, musical, and full of life.

The building offers one rotating parking space, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the garage reaches full capacity, it will not be possible to park inside the building.

Taxi stands are available near the building.

During Salvador Carnival, the parking space is not available for guest use due to vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the City of Salvador.
