The apartment offers an amazing ambience with beautiful furnishing, a very comfortable bed and a sofa bed with a proper matress for a 3rd traveler.



The kitchen is fully equipped for those who choose to cook at home and there is fast and realiable WiFi connection available.



Air conditioner works for both heat and cold, guaranteeing comfort during your stay.



There is a small balcony with a nice city view, facing the interior of the building, far from the street noise.

Guest Access:

We have a brand new app called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit by this channel. The deposit is refunded between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the app, you will have a direct contact with your personal host. Deposits vary between USD 50 for studio apartments and 1 bedroom to USD 800 for 8 or more bedrooms. (Deposit payment does not apply to Airbnb guests).



Additionally, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (per hour), late departures (per hour), extensions, excursions and more. In our app, you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Other Things to Note:

Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
