Das Objekt liegt toll, der Strand ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und es ist alles da was man benötigt. Die Betten sind super bequem.Was fehlt sind Fliegengitter an den oberen Fenstern, welche dringend nötig wĂ€ren. Ansonsten eine tolle Wohnung.

Wir haben uns wieder kurzfristig fĂŒr diese schöne Anlage entschieden. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet; es fehlt an nichts. Nach einem Strandspaziergang (zur Ostsee ist es einmal um die Ecke) bei nasskaltem Wetter, freut man sich umso mehr auf das Feuer im Kamin und den Saunagang. Betten sind top in Ordnung, das ist nicht ĂŒberall so. Zu erwĂ€hnen wĂ€re noch die ruhige Lage, weit ab der viel befahrenen Hauptstraße; Noch zu erwĂ€hnen ist , dass in Juliusruh im Januar an Gastronomischen alles geschlossen hat, man muss eben mit dem Auto fahren um irgendwo zu essen, oder einzukaufen und sich aber dann in der modernen KĂŒche ein Essen zu zaubern. Fazit: jederzeit wieder.

KĂŒche war voll ausgestattet. Sauberkeit empfanden wir als oberflĂ€chlich. Die WC-BĂŒrsten mĂŒssten dringend getauscht werden. Der Ablauf in der Dusche war sehr dreckig. In einer Fernbedienung fĂŒr TV fehlten Batterien. Ansonsten alles ok. Der Ort ist was fĂŒr Ruhesuchende.
