Landhaus Daum can be found in Schwendau in the Zillertal valley, a 2-minute drive from the Horbergbahn Cable Car and the Penken Ski Area. The ski bus stops in front of the property.

You can take advantage of modern apartments with fully equipped kitchenette and balcony. Baby equipment, for example high chairs, is provided on request.

A bakery and a small grocery store can be found just 50 metres away and there are 2 supermarkets within a 1 km radius. There is a restaurant next to Landhaus Daum.

Schön modern und sehr liebe Vermieter

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und alles vorhanden für das tägliche Leben. Sogar eine große Auswahl an Spielen für Kinder und Erwachsene ist vorhanden. Das Freibad ist nur ein paar Laufminuten entfernt und durch den Vermieter sogar freier Eintritt. Das einzige Negative war der Rauchgeruch im Haus. Dieser wurde mit Duft abgemildert, jedoch in der oberen Etage doch auffällig.

Beautiful place, beautiful apartment with 2 large bedrooms

Francesca and me spent 9 nights in summertime. Zillertal is really great for mtb lovers like us. What we liked: The apartment has two large bedrooms (3 beds and a big wardrobe each). Kitchen is ok. Andrea is really helpful and flexible to meet our requests. The is a good bakery 200 mt far from the apartment; it is open 7 day per week. What we did not like: * The apartment is close to the street so it is noisy for the cars / vans / motorbikes / trucks. We often used the terrace for breakfast / dinner but relax is really complicate due to the noise. During the night noise starts at about 6 am. * We had few problems with wifi (also in a rainy day when it'd be very much useful to have it working properly); each time Andrea needed to restart the wifi router but it took time.

Schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt

Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und hatten 1 Woche Aufenthalt in der FeWo Kristall-Daum. Liebevoll und modern eingerichtete FeWo, mit zwei Schlafräumen und einer großen Wohnküche als Aufenthaltsraum, sowie großem Bad. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und sind immer wieder von der österreichischen Gastfreundschaft begeistert. Anbindung in alle umliegenden Skigebiete war optimal - Skibus hielt direkt vorm Haus, Zillertal-Bahn sind nur 5min Fußweg. Brötchendienst am morgen gab es zwar nicht, war aber kein Problem, da der Bäcker ebenfalls nur 2min entfernt ist. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden die FeWo wieder buchen.

Guten Tag Familie Böttcher! Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Bewertung. Uns freut es immer sehr wenn unsere Gäste einen schönen Aufenthalt bei uns hatten. Der Bäcker der 2 min. entfernt liegt, hätte morgens die Brötchen auch bis vor die Haustür geliefert. Denke das haben wir bei ihrer Ankunft vergessen zu erwähnen. Das tut mir leid. Ich hoffe das wir sie wieder bei uns begrüßen dürfen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Andrea
