Nicht in der Promenade (Dünenstraße)

Wir haben eine FeWo in einer Villa in der Dünenstraße mit seitlichem Meerblick gebucht und eine Wohnung in einem Anbau auf der Rückseite des Hauses (Strandstraße, Kurze Straße) bekommen. Ist doch klever angeboten, oder? Ehrlichkeit wäre besser.
