Villa Sa Tanca, located between Campos and Sa Ràpita, in the south of the island, offers three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, a/c on request with an extra cost of 12€/day, in the rooms and private pool, offers a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy a wonderful stay, all this just 7 km from the beach d'es trenc, where you can enjoy the wonderful sunsets.

The house has three bedrooms on the ground floor with A/C (extra charge of 12€/day if you wish upon arrival), living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, in the outdoor area you will find terrace furniture and a fully equipped bbq to enjoy unforgettable sunsets with your friends or family.

In Mallorca it is obligatory to pay the tourist tax for those over 16 years old.
Month of April: 0.55€/day/person.
May to November: 2.20€/day/person the first 9 days, the remaining days 50% discount.

No reservations are allowed for groups under 25 years of age, in case of disregarding this rule will not be allowed entry at the check in time.
