Located right on the Old Harbor of the Hanseatic city of Wismar, the newly built luxury vacation apartment complex “Hafenspitze” stands next to the restored Ohlerich Speicher. A total of 39 hotel-style, exclusive vacation apartments await you, each with a balcony, loggia, or terrace. These excellent apartments are 2- and 3-room units ranging from 42 square meters to 99 square meters of living space, all featuring high-quality amenities. All apartments feature underfloor heating. The units are spread over three floors and are easily accessible by elevator. Some of the vacation homes are designed to be wheelchair-accessible. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A limited number of bicycle parking spaces are provided. Each vacation apartment offers a view of the harbor area and the Baltic Sea. The Hafenspitze area also features a BAIS guest reception desk, as well as restaurants and various small shops. You’ll enjoy your stay in a maritime setting and can reach Wismar’s Old Town in just a few minutes on foot—with its historic buildings and Brick Gothic churches, including a viewing platform offering a panoramic view of the Hanseatic city.

The 2-room vacation apartment at Hafenspitze 31 is located on the 3rd floor. You can easily reach your apartment by elevator. The balcony offers views of the Baltic Sea and the Holzhafen. Spacious living area of 63 square meters. It features an open-concept kitchen-living room, a separate bedroom, and a modern bathroom with a shower. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Upon arrival, the beds will already be made for 2 people. Towels and bath towels for 2 people are also included. This is a non-smoking apartment. For a fee, you can park your vehicle in the parking garage at the Old Harbor, approximately 300 meters away.

The two-room vacation apartment Hafenspitze 31, featuring a north-facing balcony, welcomes you with a spacious living area of 63 square meters. The high-quality furnishings offer the perfect getaway for up to 4 people. The bright living-dining area is comfortably and invitingly furnished, so you’ll feel right at home as soon as you arrive.

An internet-enabled TV, internet radio, and free Wi-Fi are available. The open kitchenette is integrated into the living area and fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are also provided. This allows you to decide as needed whether you’d prefer to cook for yourself or treat yourself to a meal at one of the nearby restaurants. After an eventful day, you’ll spend the night in a spacious bedroom with a wardrobe.

Your morning begins in an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rack, and heated floors. Upon your arrival, the beds will already be made for two people, and hand and shower towels will be provided. Please note that this is a non-smoking vacation rental, which we would like to emphasize here. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor.
