Here’s a random list of GREAT FEATURES we liked that ought to be highlighted in listing?Floor to ceiling windows looking at Bay from every room. So pleasant. So much sunlight can come in. But you can also close drapes and shades and block it out on all windows. Location is off the main drag of 98 where it is really busy. But soon as you pull off 98 you enter a completely relaxed world. There’s nothing down here but quite nice houses. This unit is on a dead end. Very safe. We kept all our fishing gear and expensive coolers and stuff in the bed of our truck up there with zero concern for theft. But location is great for shopping at Publix or Walmart or eating at restaurants. It’s half way to Pensacola pier and 1/2 way to Navarre pier. Ideal location if you want to play the whole area easily. Large living room with big carpet that makes for a great place to do yoga and stretching. Honestly that’s great. Oh and you can also do yoga on the flat lawn looking over the water at sunset. I liked the stained concrete floors. Always like that. Cool on your feet. Easy to keep swept up. Comfy bed sheets and pillowsGood security locks.Good shower in master with double shower heads. Good master double sinks Good tv with single remote that actually works. So many places have multi remotes and terrible connectivity. This is up to date modern and APPRECIATED. Good AC. Works really well. Nice covered outdoor patio. Keeps the sun off but great view. Perfect coffee place.
